Glass Color Sort Refund Policy
This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") is an integral part of theGlass Color Sort Terms of Service, formulated by JANE TRADING LIMITED CORP (Company Address: 11100 VALLEY BLVD STE 308 EL MONTE, CA 91731) to regulate refund matters related to in-game purchases and game downloads. By making purchases in Glass Color Sort , you agree to abide by the provisions of this Policy. For matters not covered herein, refer to the Glass Color Sort Terms of Service and applicable laws and regulations of your region.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios
1.1.1 Virtual Items/In-game Purchases: Refunds are only available if you fail to receive the purchased virtual items (including but not limited to coins, diamonds, item packages, skins) due to technical glitches on our end. To apply for a refund, you must provide valid purchase receipts and relevant proof of the issue within 7 days of the purchase. Our technical team will verify the issue, and approved refunds will be processed accordingly.
1.1.2 Paid Game Downloads (if applicable): If you purchase the paid version of Glass Color Sort , you may apply for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided that your total gameplay time is less than 2 hours and the game client has not been modified, tampered with, or cracked.
1.1.3 Pre-order Purchases: If you pre-order Glass Color Sort or pre-purchase in-game items before their official release, you may apply for a full refund at any time before the launch. After the official launch, refunds will be subject to the above provisions for virtual items and paid downloads.
1.1.4 Service Termination or Major Adjustments: If we terminate the game service or make major adjustments to core paid features (e.g., removing paid gameplay modes, altering virtual item attributes), you may apply for a proportional refund for unused virtual items purchased within 30 days of the notice, or choose equivalent compensation in our other operated games (if available).
1.2 Non-refundable Scenarios
1.2.1 Voluntary purchases of virtual items that have been used, consumed, or redeemed (e.g., using diamonds to unlock levels, consuming item packages in gameplay).
1.2.2 Purchases made due to user error, including but not limited to accidental duplicate purchases, wrong account purchases, or purchases caused by improper operation.
1.2.3 Purchases obtained through unauthorized channels, such as third-party top-up platforms, account sharing, or using cheats to obtain virtual items.
1.2.4 Purchases made more than 7 days ago (for virtual items) or 14 days ago (for paid downloads), unless otherwise specified by applicable laws or this Policy.
1.2.5 Refund requests without valid proof (e.g., missing purchase receipts, unidentifiable account information).
2. Minor-related Refund Provisions
2.1 We strictly implement real-name authentication and minor protection measures in accordance with applicable laws. For unauthorized purchases made by minors, the refund liability shall be divided as follows:
2.1.1 If we fail to implement mandatory real-name authentication or minor recharge limits, we shall bear 100% liability for the unauthorized purchases and process full refunds upon verification of the minor’s identity and guardianship.
2.1.2 If we have implemented complete anti-addiction measures (including real-name authentication, recharge limits, and gameplay time restrictions), but the guardian assists the minor in bypassing the restrictions (e.g., providing adult ID information, sharing account credentials) or fails to fulfill guardianship duties, we will bear 30%-70% of the liability based on the verification result, with the guardian bearing the remaining liability.
2.1.3 For repeated unauthorized purchases by the same minor (e.g., multiple refund requests within 3 months) or cases where the guardian intentionally bypasses face recognition or other verification measures, the guardian shall bear full liability, and we reserve the right to reject refund requests.
2.2 Requirements for Minor Refunds: Guardians must submit a refund request with valid proof, including the minor’s birth certificate, guardianship certificate, purchase records, and a written explanation of the unauthorized purchase. After approval, we may restrict the involved account’s recharge function to prevent further unauthorized use.
3. Refund Process
3.1 Submit a Refund Request: You may submit a refund application via in-game customer service or our official email, providing the following information: account ID, purchase receipt (order number, payment time, payment method), detailed description of the refund reason, and relevant proof (screenshots, videos, etc.).
3.2 Review and Notification: We will review your refund request within 5-7 business days. The review result will be notified to you via the contact information bound to your game account (email or in-game message).
3.3 Refund Disbursement: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. The actual arrival time may vary depending on the payment platform and your region’s financial institution.
4. Platform Channel Refund Supplementary Provisions
4.1 If you make purchases through the App Store: For users in the EU region, you are entitled to an unconditional refund within 14 days of purchase in accordance with EU consumer rights regulations (excluding redeemed gift cards). For users in other regions, please follow Apple’s official refund policies and submit requests via the App Store. We will cooperate with Apple’s review process.
4.2 If you make purchases through Google Play: Paid game downloads are eligible for an unconditional refund within 2 hours of purchase (one refund per app). In-game purchases do not have a default 2-hour refund window; please submit refund requests via in-game customer service, and we will process them in accordance with this Policy.
5. Other Provisions
5.1 We reserve the right to adjust this Refund Policy in accordance with operational needs and legal updates. The revised Policy will be announced through in-game notifications or official channels, and will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of our services after the revision constitutes acceptance of the new Policy.
5.2 This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes arising from this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in the Glass Color Sort Terms of Service.
